Job Scope: 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management solutions, including Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to translate HR and business strategies into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Provide functional leadership across project teams, ensuring quality design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Guide clients through change impacts, adoption strategies, and best practices for talent transformation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, HR leaders, and integration partners to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Mentor and coach consultants, fostering capability development and high performance within the team.
  • Contribute to solution proposals, estimates, and Oracle HCM Talent thought leadership.

Job Qualifications: 

  • Degree in Business Information Systems or equivalent studies. 
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR transformation or HCM consulting with solid focus on Talent Management.
  • Hands-on experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud Talent module implementations.
  • Good understanding of performance, succession, career frameworks, and talent review processes.
  • Proven experience managing teams and senior client stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in large, complex, and multi-country environments
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management certification is preferable. 
  • Good to have experience in workforce transformation, skills frameworks, or future-of-work initiatives.
